1. What You Are Buying
Every product sold on https://bizovent.in is a digital e-book file. Nothing is printed, packed or shipped. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address — you buy a file that you download and keep on your own device.
Any weight, dimension or binding information that may appear in a book’s description refers to the original printed edition and does not mean a physical copy is being sold.
2. How Your Order Reaches You

3. When You Receive Your E-book
Delivery is immediate. Your download link is released as soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment. There is no manual approval step, no processing queue and no dispatch time.
If your payment is still pending with the bank or UPI app, the link is released the moment the payment is confirmed. If the payment fails, no order is created and no amount is captured.
4. Download, Not Online Reading
We deliver a file to download, not a streaming or online-reading service.
- The file is sent to your device in the format shown on the product page, for example EPUB or PDF.
- There is no in-browser reader, no app login and no time-limited “rental” access.
- Once downloaded, the file is yours to read offline on any compatible device you own, under the licence terms in our Copyright and Content Policy.
5. Where to Find Your Download Link
Your download link appears in three places:
- Order confirmation page — shown immediately after your payment succeeds.
- Order email — sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- Your account — under My account → Orders, open the order to see its downloads. This applies if you created an account at checkout.
6. Do We Email the Download Link?
Yes. The order email sent to the address you entered at checkout contains the download link for every e-book in that order. Please enter your email address carefully at checkout — it is the address we deliver to.
If the email has not arrived within a few minutes:
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Confirm the address you entered at checkout was correct.
- Open the order confirmation page again, or sign in and check My account → Orders; the link is there whether or not the email reached you.
7. If You Have Not Received Your E-book
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will locate the order and re-send the download link.
We aim to respond within 48 hours and to restore access within 3 working days. If your payment was taken but no order was created, tell us the payment reference and we will either issue the e-book or refund the amount in full.
8. If a Download Fails
A download that stops midway, produces a damaged file or will not open is treated as a delivery failure, not as a used purchase.
- Try the link again from a stable connection; an interrupted download can simply be restarted.
- Try a different browser or device, and make sure you have a reader that supports the file format.
- If it still fails, email [email protected] with your order number and, if possible, the error message. We will re-issue the file or a fresh link.
If we cannot deliver a working file, you are entitled to a full refund under section 10.
9. Downloading Again
Your download link stays valid for repeat downloads — there is no expiry date and no limit on the number of times you may download a file you have paid for, unless a limit is stated on the product page itself. Change of device, lost file or reinstalled phone are all covered; simply use the link again or contact us.
The link is personal to your order. Sharing it, or the downloaded file, with other people is not permitted and may result in the link being disabled.
10. Refunds
Because an e-book is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available once the download link has been issued and used.
We do refund in these cases:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment taken but no order created or no download link issued.
- Delivery failure — the file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, and we are unable to supply a working replacement.
- Wrong item delivered — the file does not match the product you purchased.
- Any other case at the sole discretion of BIZOVENT PRIVATE LIMITED.
Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, with your order number and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Change of mind, buying the wrong title by mistake, or already owning the book are not grounds for a refund once the file has been downloaded.
11. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having a compatible device, a reader application for the file format, sufficient storage and a stable internet connection. BIZOVENT PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for failures caused solely by user-side hardware, software or network issues, but we will always help you troubleshoot.

13. Amendments
BIZOVENT PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify this policy to comply with applicable laws and business needs. The version published on https://bizovent.in at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
